Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Delivery Lead - CRM Dynamics (6-Month Contract) based in the Amsterdam Area, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Service Delivery Lead will oversee the end-to-end delivery of CRM Dynamics solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives. Responsibilities include managing project teams, collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring project progress, addressing risks proactively, and ensuring successful solution deployment while adhering to best practices. The role will require a balance of technical expertise, team leadership, and client-facing communication.
• Functional knowledge of CRM and Power Platform
• Experienced in a role of business advisor, DL and / or Product owner
• Experience with delivery including offshore resourcing
• Expert in stakeholder management
• Agile/Scrum (SaFe)
• Big plus would be FS or Insurance/pensions related working experience
