The Marketing Analytics Manager will support the execution and optimization of existing customer and remarketing retention marketing strategies through data analysis, reporting, measurement, and testing. This role combines marketing strategy, technical expertise, and analytical rigor to ensure campaigns are optimized, reporting is accurate, and insights lead to actionable business growth. The analyst will collaborate across Marketing, Risk, Product, and Data Science teams to enhance retention strategies while ensuring compliance and data quality.
Marketing Campaign Management and Analysis
- Design, implement, and read A/B tests in Email and Authenticated Digital advertising channels
- Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and Authenticated channels
- Conduct audits of marketing data for accuracy, compliance, and consistency with credit policy.
- Perform code reviews and identify efficiencies in marketing processes to reduce processing time and improve scalability.
- Partner with channel owners to evaluate campaign results and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Perform deep dive analyses to both improve channel efficiency, assist in forecasting performance metrics, and resolve ad hoc performance issues
- Standardize KPI definitions and reporting processes to ensure consistency across the organization
Ongoing Marketing Analysis
- Develop, optimize, and maintain data and reporting solutions, including SQL tables, Power BI dashboards, and automated reporting views.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on large datasets to uncover insights that improve targeting, messaging, and channel performance.
- Research and evaluate new marketing opportunities, proposing innovative ways to use available data to drive growth.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design analytical solutions, and communicate results effectively.
- Provide funnel analysis and customer journey insights to identify drop-off points and optimize acquisition paths.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, etc.); Master’s preferred.
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or growth analytics, ideally in FinTech or consumer lending.
- Prior experience with Email and/or Digital Analytics preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong SQL proficiency; experience with Python or R preferred.
- Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Understanding of attribution methodologies, statistical testing, and digital analytics platforms.
Leadership & Communication
- Ability to translate complex analytical results into clear business recommendations.
- Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
$90,000 - $105,000 a year
This position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance. Yearly incentive bonus target 20% of base salary.
