Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Durham, North Carolina, we are a venture-backed company focusing on single-cell molecular discovery and analysis. We develop single-cell whole genome and whole transcriptome amplification tools for detailed views of the genome, transcriptome, and proteome within individual cells.

Our patented Primary Template-directed Amplification (PTA) technology achieves 97% genome coverage. The BioSkryb platform integrates unified DNA and RNA analysis from single cells, along with full-length transcriptome and surface protein analysis. This entire workflow is automation-compatible. This allows us to resolve rare mutations and cell populations that bulk or partitioning methods might miss.

Our products include ResolveDNA® and ResolveOME™ kits, and the BaseJumper® bioinformatics platform. ResolveOME™ simultaneously amplifies both the genome and transcriptome from the same cell using a unified workflow. ResolveDNA® amplification technology provides high genome recovery (>95%) and coverage uniformity for single-cell genomics, which improves SNV calling sensitivity and specificity. BaseJumper® is a bioinformatics platform for identifying and visualizing high-quality single-cell multiomic data.

Our technologies help researchers make breakthrough discoveries, develop next-generation diagnostics, and generate clinical-grade datasets for AI-driven precision medicine.
