We specialize in video streaming infrastructure. Founded in 2012, we provide cloud-native solutions that help businesses deliver live and on-demand video content globally. We built the first commercial adaptive streaming player and deployed the first software-defined encoding service that works on any cloud platform. Our offerings include the VOD Encoder, Live Encoder, Player, and Observability tools. These products support media encoding, playback on many devices, and real-time analytics for quality of service (QoS) and quality of experience (QoE).

Our solutions also include monetization capabilities, supporting AVOD, SVOD, and hybrid workflows with Server-Side Ad Insertion (SSAI), Client-Side Ad Insertion (CSAI), and SCTE-35 marker integration. Our VOD Encoder can process content libraries up to 100 times real-time, reducing storage and bandwidth costs by up to 50%. The Live Encoder provides broadcast-grade reliability for events and linear channels. We support technologies including HTTP Streaming, MPEG-DASH, AV1, VP9, HEVC, VVC, HDR, Dolby Vision, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Over 400 customers globally, including the BBC, ClassPass, Discovery, fuboTV, and Hulu, use our technology. We process over 6 million minutes of VOD content and encode over 10 million live minutes monthly. Our player records over 2 billion impressions and analyzes over 1 billion viewer sessions each month. In 2021, we received an Emmy® Award for Innovations in Online Broadcasting.
