We are looking for
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Data Analyst (m/w/d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Data & Analytics Team.
Your role in BizAway
- You manage and improve our current reporting system, supporting all internal needs for Data visualization of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards to make our data understandable.
- You learn all aspects of the travel industry from Finance, Products, Sales and Service/Operations perspective, translating data into actionable insights resulting in verifiable reporting.
- By having domain expertise in our industry, you engage with Business and Strategy stakeholders to help define KPIs, including how data will be captured, shared, and leveraged across our departments.
- You contribute to creating the base foundations of a comprehensive source of truth through data modeling actions
Your basic qualifications
- Previously worked in a Tech Company
- Demonstrated experience with Product Analytics tools (eg: Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo, Google Analytics)
- Demonstrated experience with BI Data Visualization tools (Qlik preferred)
- Data analysis, presentation, and visualization experience
- Strong communication skills required
- Ability to work alone or in a team as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Economics or a related field is preferred
- English proficiency (written and spoken level B2)
We are also interested in
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python
- Experience with ETL tools
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts
Our offer
📄 Contract type: Permanent
🕓 Working hours: Full-time – 40h/week, from Monday to Friday

Collective Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio)
