We are looking for
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Operations Analyst (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAway
- Be an admin for Salesforce and other tools of our Sales Stack.
- Manage tickets by our Sales team in a fast and proactive manner, to ensure continuity of operations
- Create and Analyze sales reports to deliver to different stakeholders (internal and external) maintaining data accuracy and easy accessibility.
- Work on delicate CRM operations such as massive data import / export / update, ensuring data integrity
- Analyse sales processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Work on heterogeneous projects assigned by your manager
Your basic qualifications
- High level of English, both written and spoken
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as Business Analyst/Sales Operations/Operations
- Experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce) and Data Visualization Tools
- Proficiency in Excel: ideally you can use Excel without a mouse :)
- Strong analytical skills and good communication with different stakeholders
- Creation and expertise creating Reports & Dashboards and show the information in an user friendly way
We are also interested in
- Previous experience in SAAS Sales / CRM Management / SAP Management and Data Visualization tools are a plus
- Familiarity with Coding/ Low-code/AI/ Data analysis tools
