We are looking for
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic SE Team Lead (m/w/d),or our Nordics region, who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team
Your role in BizAway
As a Team Lead, you will guide a 6-8 team of Outbound full-cycle Sales Executives to success. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Leading negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Implementation (as part of your onboarding, you will carry a personal quota)
- Raising the bar for your team to consistently meet revenue targets
- Forecasting new business revenue, giving full visibility of your team’s deal pipeline
- Collaborate with Implementation and Customer Success to ensure a smooth activation and handover of signed accounts
- Collaborate with the SDR Team to improve pipeline quality, in a positive feedback loop.
- Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
Your basic qualifications
- You have an excellent level of English, both written and spoken
- You have a native level of Swedish / Norwegian / Finnish / Danish
- You have at least 3 years of successful track record as a top-performer AE in a tech company
- You have at least 1 year of experience as a people manager
- “No excuses” attitude: you know that your success depends on you and no one else.
- Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to raise the bar every day
- Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
- Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties
