We are looking for:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Travel Agent - French speaking (m/w/d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of BizAway in a French and Swiss Market.
Your role in BizAway :
Helping our customers find convenient and cost-effective travel solutions;
Proactively manage overbooking, reallocations, and any other situation that may occur during a trip;
Working with all Team Service to provide a quality and customized service based on the needs of each customer;
Your basic qualifications
Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken French (B2 and up);
Experience in a travel agency, tour operator, airline, or in customer service dedicated to hotels, rental companies, and all other travel-related activities;
At least 5 years of previous experience helping Clients in any capacity/line of work;
Knowledge of the main concept of the Travel Industry;
We are also interested in
Knowledge of GDS system and travel provider for Hotel, Car and Train;
Knowledge of an additional language between French, German, and Italian;
Experience in the Tourism and travel industry;
Experience in Corporate Customer Service;
