Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent with exceptional communication skills and a neutral accent. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or debt collection, with a proven ability to handle calls efficiently, engage customers, and deliver high-quality service. Healthcare experience is not required — what matters most is your drive, communication finesse, and customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls professionally while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.
Engage customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions or support.
Manage sales, account inquiries, or collections effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Accurately document interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the system.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, quality, and productivity.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer experience and call outcomes.
Follow company policies, call scripts, and compliance requirements.
2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or debt collection (call center experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent — top priority.
Strong active listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Proficient in using CRM tools and call center software.
Willingness to work flexible schedules as needed.
Experience in sales-driven or target-based environments.
Background in BPO, telesales, or collections.
Amenable to work during U.S. business working hours.
