We run a community travel platform for carpooling, bus journeys, and train travel. Our technology connects drivers with empty seats and passengers going the same way, allowing them to share trip costs. We operate in 21 countries, serving 29 million active members each year. BlaBlaCar Daily focuses on short-distance carpooling.

In 2024, our platform brought together 120 million people at 2.6 million meeting points. This saved carpool drivers 538 million euros and helped prevent 2.5 million tonnes of CO2 emissions.

We develop backend services for user identity, account management, pricing, subsidies, and partner campaigns. We also build and run a payment platform that manages wallets, payouts, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks. Our data platform supports analysts, scientists, and engineers. We develop machine learning models to improve how we match users, help drivers save more, and build trust through fraud detection and content moderation. We’re exploring generative AI for translation, customer support, and internal efficiency.

We have 501-1000 employees. Our work environment is hybrid and remote-friendly. Some teams are mostly remote, while other roles offer hybrid status, meaning 2-3 days in the office per week.
