We are looking for a highly analytical and process-driven People Ops Senior Analyst to spearhead our complex payroll and compliance landscape. This role is a critical pillar in our People team, responsible for ensuring that our global workforce—regardless of their contract type—is supported by seamless, accurate, and compliant operational processes.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the Brazilian labor market (including PJ and Pro Labore) and the agility to manage international structures such as EOR and foreign contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Structure Payroll Mastery: Lead end-to-end payroll operations for a diverse workforce, including EOR (Employer of Record), Pro Labore, PJ (Personas Jurídicas), and international contractors, ensuring 100% accuracy and on-time delivery.
Compliance & Risk Management: Partner with legal counsel and external vendors to maintain strict adherence to labor laws and tax regulations. You will be the internal expert on NR1 compliance and local labor requirements.
Benefits & Wellness Ecosystem: Oversee the full administration of employee benefits, including medical insurance, meal/food vouchers, transportation allowances, and other localized perks.
HRIS Administration: Act as the power user for our HR tech stack, managing BambooHR and Slack integrations. (Experience with Deel is a major plus for managing our global footprint).
Expatriate & Lifecycle Support: Manage the logistical complexities of expatriate operations and oversee the administrative side of the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding.
Data & Time Tracking: Manage electronic time-tracking systems and attendance records, ensuring data integrity for payroll processing and reporting.
Global Communication: Lead meetings and manage daily interactions in English, serving as the bridge between local operations and global stakeholders.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in People Operations or Payroll, with a demonstrated track record of managing various hiring models, including Employer of Record (EOR), Project-based (PJ), and Contractors.
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for effective data analysis is essential. Experience with BambooHR or comparable HRIS tools is mandatory.
Language Proficiency: Advanced to Fluent English is required. The candidate must be adept at leading high-stakes meetings and composing professional communications in English.
Operational Acumen: A solid understanding of Brazilian labor benefits and safety regulations (NR1) is necessary.
Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to coordinate efficiently with external providers and internal legal teams are essential.
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is required.
