Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead and scale our demand engine across the full buyer journey. This role will be responsible for driving pipeline growth through integrated marketing campaigns, performance marketing, lifecycle programs, and close alignment with Sales.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical rigor with creative campaign execution and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You will play a critical role in accelerating revenue by generating qualified pipeline, optimizing conversion rates, and improving marketing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline & Revenue Growth
- Own pipeline generation targets aligned to company revenue goals
- Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns (paid media, content syndication, email, webinars, events, ABM, etc.)
- Drive measurable increases in Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and sourced pipeline
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Build and manage quarterly and annual demand plans aligned to GTM strategy
- Partner with Product Marketing to refine messaging and positioning across target segments
- Test, optimize, and scale acquisition channels based on performance data
Performance Marketing & Optimization
- Manage paid acquisition channels (LinkedIn, Google, paid social, etc.) with a focus on CAC efficiency and pipeline ROI
- Own conversion rate optimization across landing pages and nurture programs
- Continuously experiment with new channels, targeting strategies, and content formats
Sales & RevOps Alignment
- Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to ensure alignment on pipeline goals and lead quality
- Define and refine lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle stages in partnership with RevOps
- Maintain accurate reporting on campaign performance, pipeline attribution, and ROI
Data & Analytics
- Analyze funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities
- Report on performance against pipeline and revenue targets
- Develop dashboards and executive-level summaries highlighting impact and trends
Qualifications
- 6–8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills with comfort interpreting funnel and attribution data
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing
- Familiarity with ABM strategies and performance marketing optimization
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and drive measurable business outcomes within your function.

If hired, applicants based in the US can expect an annual base salary and target bonus within the following ranges, depending on experience.
