We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of the engineering teams within the DriverX domain in Tallinn. In this role, you will drive the design and development of the first and most critical part of the driver’s journey - the signup and onboarding experience.
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of highly skilled software engineers, working closely with Product, Analytics, and Operations teams to deliver impactful features and seamless experiences for Bolt users.

As an Engineering Manager for the DriverX team, you will lead a team of software engineers to develop a flexible and convenient user-friendly signup flow for new drivers to help them onboard faster and earn more using the Bolt products.
Leading and mentoring a cross-functional team of engineers in the DriverX domain, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Driving the development of flexible and responsive signup flow, natively on iOS and Android devices as much as in Web; help drivers onboard and successfully complete their first trips. Lead a team that impacts more than 1+ million partners working with Bolt. Ensuring technical excellence, maintaining high standards for quality, performance, and reliability in engineering projects. Collaborating closely with Product, Analytics, and Operations to define priorities, plan roadmaps, and deliver impactful solutions. Managing team growth and performance, including hiring, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback.
You have proven experience in team and stakeholder management within a tech environment with prior experience in people management for at least 2 years. You make data-driven decisions, using metrics to guide team priorities and product improvements. You have a good understanding of delivering and being part of ROI driven product roadmap development. You have backend development experience, preferably in a product based Company. You can motivate, inspire, and attract top talent while fostering a high-performing engineering culture. You lead initiatives end-to-end, driving execution even through the toughest challenges.
