Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing key initiatives from the Marketplace Content Strategy to ensure alignment with Boomi’s Marketplace Strategy.

  • Support and coordinate partner engagement to develop, update, and optimize solution listings, ensuring they are accurate, relevant, and customer-ready.

  • Help coordinate with partners to establish and enforce Marketplace best practices, content quality standards, and guidelines for Marketplace listings to ensure consistency and relevance.

  • Support the creation and coordination of a feedback loop framework from customers, partners, and internal teams to enhance Marketplace offerings over time.

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketplace stakeholders to align on priorities and content governance, under guidance from senior team members.

  • Help monitor and compile reports on Marketplace analytics to track engagement, usage, and adoption trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in program coordination, marketing, or marketplace management, preferably in SaaS.

  • Strong organizational and management skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to plan and execute initiatives effectively.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in assisting in  managing digital catalogs, content systems, or marketplaces is a plus.

  • Experience in engaging with partners/vendors is preferred.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with collaboration and analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Power BI) is preferred.

  • Increased Marketplace solution adoption and engagement.

  • Improved accuracy and quality of Marketplace listings.

  • Positive feedback from internal stakeholders and partners.
