Key Responsibilities
Coordinate Gold-tier partner onboarding and support activation of TPP GTM benefits for maximum impact
Help guide and provide partners with marketing resources, such as templates and materials to be self-enabled with driving pipeline and engagement.
Support promotion of partner solutions through enablement sessions, sales platforms, and internal channels to increase visibility.
Coordinate with internal teams to amplify Gold-tier partner presence within Boomi.
Contribute to refining TPP GTM frameworks, playbooks, and best practices, assisting with documentation and updates to enhance partner engagement and optimize outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing or partner managementment, or GTM coordination—preferably in SaaS.
Strong understanding of go-to-market execution, partner enablement, and marketing.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to plan and execute initiatives effectively.
Experience in engaging with partners/vendors is preferred.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM and Data Analytic tools (e.g. Salesforce, PowerBI) preferred.
Success Metric
Partners are effectively activating their GTM benefits and achieving visibility within Boomi’s ecosystem.
Increased internal awareness and advocacy for partner-built integration solutions.
Partners demonstrate the ability to independently generate pipeline and business opportunities.
Scalable, repeatable GTM processes that make it easier for partners to go to market with Boomi.
