Technical Sales Program Manager
Location: Remote | Supports Global Field Teams
Global PreSales Operations
Boomi is seeking a Technical Program Manager to operationalize our global presales learning strategy, coordinate tech enablement programs focused on expertise, and own our skill tracking systems. This highly cross-functional role will ensure that Presales Engineers across all regions have structured, measurable, and impactful opportunities to build platform expertise, demonstrate technical excellence, and progress in their careers.
This role sits at the intersection of Enablement, Product, and Technical Field Leadership owning the delivery of Boomi’s Global Technical Readiness Calendar, management of the Skill Progression Scorecard, and execution of high-impact learning vehicles like bootcamps, demo challenges, and expertise alignment sessions.
What You’ll Do
- Own the execution and quarterly refresh of Boomi’s Technical Readiness Calendar, coordinating with Field Engineering, Product, Enablement, and Presales Ops
- Drive the development, launch, and tracking of bootcamps, challenges, demo competitions, expertise validations and whiteboarding events
- Manage Boomi’s Skill Progression Scorecard capturing expertise levels, readiness participation, and progression across all technical tracks
- Partner with Presales Enablement to translate recordings and workshops into modular assets in Highspot (e.g., lab guides, segment clips) to be used in product accreditations and enhanced onboarding
- Collaborate with Field Engineering, Enablement and Product on readiness content curation, and manage content tagging structure across tracks, personas, and solution domains
- Facilitate quarterly syncs with Enablement, Ops, leaders and domain owners to review feedback, align content strategy, and prioritize technical readiness themes
- Run surveys, pulse checks, and feedback loops (Tech Tuesday, Bootcamps, Readiness NPS) to inform future programming in partnership with Enablement
- Ensure all technical readiness content is measurable, modular, and tied to expertise leveling milestones and career ladder pathways
- Serve as primary point of coordination for the Technical Majors Development Program managing calendars, events, enablement outputs, and recognition pathways
The Experience You Bring
- 5+ years in presales enablement, field presales roles, technical programs, sales ops, or GTM strategy; preferable in iPaaS
- Proven experience managing large-scale enablement programs, bootcamps, or technical curriculum preferred
- Experience working directly with technical personas across multiple regions and segments
- Familiarity with content platforms like Highspot, knowledge trackers, or LMS systems
- Highly organized, proactive, and driven to scale technical excellence through systems, schedules, and structured programs
- Strong communicator and collaborator, capable of working cross-functionally with various teams at Boomi
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity while driving clarity and execution across stakeholders
- Basic familiarity with integration, data, API, or cloud platform concepts is a plus
- Experience with tools like Slack, Zoom, Highspot, Gong, Google Suite, Confluence, Jira, or similar
- Project management or enablement certifications (e.g., PMP, CPTD, ATD, CKM)
Bonus Points For:
- Familiarity with expertise leveling programs or technical career ladders
- Experience analyzing enablement or readiness metrics
- Field experience as a customer facing Presales SC
- Hands-on knowledge of Boomi or other integration platforms

Compensation and Benefits
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position ranges from $109k - $137k annually + applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
