Job Description
This role is hybrid remote with 60% monthly in-office presence at the Mount Prospect, Illinois office (3 days in the office per week).
This internship is a front-row seat to how a global brand runs. As the Brand Marketing Intern, you’ll support multiple brand marketing disciplines across digital, events & operations, ecommerce, and campaign execution. You’ll report directly to senior brand leadership and work alongside marketing experts to help bring Dremel’s brand to life across touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Brand & Campaign Support
- Support planning and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives across digital, social, and retail channels
- Assist multiple marketing leads with day-to-day execution, coordination, and follow-ups
- Help ensure brand consistency across channels, assets, and messaging
Digital, E-commerce & Events
- Support Dremel’s direct-to-consumer (D2C) and eCommerce initiatives, gaining hands-on exposure to how traffic, content, promotions, and conversion work together
- Assist in digital marketing execution across email, website, and paid/owned digital touchpoints, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and brand consistency
- Collaborate with internal partners to support product launches, promotional moments, and seasonal pushes tied to DTC and eCom priorities
Event Support
- Play a key support role in planning and executing a large-scale, high-visibility Q4 brand event, including coordination, timelines, asset readiness, and logistics
- Assist with cross-functional coordination across brand, digital, social, PR, retail, and external partners to ensure seamless execution
- Support event-related content, digital amplification, influencer integration, and post-event recap/reporting
- Help manage run-of-show details, materials, schedules, and on-site or virtual execution support as needed
- Contribute to post-event analysis and learn how major brand moments’ drive awareness, engagement, and business impact
Social Media
- Support social media planning, scheduling, and execution across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
- Monitor community engagement and assist with timely responses
- Contribute ideas, trends, and content concepts rooted in culture and audience behavior
- Track performance and help translate metrics into insights
Influencer & Product Seeding
- Assist with product seeding programs, including coordination, tracking, and follow-up
- Support influencer outreach, content tracking, and compliance documentation
- Help evaluate performance and learn how creators fit into broader brand strategy
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate (within 6 months) of an accredited program in Marketing or Digital relevant field.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities
- Clear communication skills with solid writing and attention to detail
- Comfortability in digital analytics and metric skills required (Google Analytics Preferred)
- Creative curiosity — you pay attention to culture, content, and trends
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and meet deadlines.

The U.S. base hourly range for this internship position is $20 - $23/hr.
