Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Prepare financial reports, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and minimal errors;
- Analyze business development KPIs using SAP BW and SAP ERP, including preparing presentations for management;
- Optimize reporting processes and support continuous improvement initiatives;
- Document database structures and reporting procedures;
- Improve upload procedures, data processing workflows, and reporting cycles;
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing relevant financial insights;
- Participate in ad‑hoc projects and initiatives as required;
- Deliver ad‑hoc financial reporting to support decision‑making.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Education
- Degree in Economics, Management, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in financial reporting, controlling, or similar roles.
Know‑how
- Basic understanding of reporting procedures and financial processes;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
- Experience with SAP BW and SAP ERP is an advantage;
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills;
- Cross‑functional and cross‑process mindset.
Languages
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Highly structured, accurate, and customer‑oriented approach;
- Strong team spirit, dynamic attitude, proactivity, and clear communication skills.
