Job Description

As an HR Administrator Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant employee data throughout the entire lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR data management, documentation, and process improvement, giving you the opportunity to develop valuable skills for your future career.

Your contribution to something big:

  • Data Management: Support the maintenance and validation of employee personal data and lifecycle events in our HR systems;
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and manage HR documents such as contracts, certifications, and amendments;
  • Data Quality Assurance: Perform data checks, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with the team to improve data quality;
  • Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for process enhancements and assist with system testing;
  • Customer Service: Provide support to internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Education: Currently finished or enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Previous internship or academic projects in HR or data management are a plus.
  • Know-how: Basic understanding of HR processes and data handling. Familiarity with MS Office tools.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and with good level in French.
  • Working Style & Methods: Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Personality: Collaborative, eager to learn, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
