Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
Working within HR Service team, the HR Payroll Specialist supports payroll services and related processes, ensuring the monthly payroll cycle tasks using SAP system, performing complex day-to-day operational tasks to ensure a high-quality payroll outcome and solve any related issues in a timely and customer-oriented manner.
During this cycle, the specialist makes sure that all legal obligations are met (example: Income Tax Declaration and Social Security Contributions) and specific processes and regulations are considered, all this while being compliant with Labor Law and the different Collective Agreements.
With a clear focus on high-quality payroll standards, this specialist also conduct quality controls and mandatory checks.
Works closely with HR Business Partners and other HR community members, not only ensuring that HR orders and requests are completed within the defined timelines, but also being a consultant in payroll related topics / processes.
Within this role, the specialist collaborates with different partners to problem solve and improve processes, working in a very diverse environment with people from different parts of the world.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Degree in Organizational Human Resources Management or other Social/ Management areas;
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, communication, customer oriented and organization;
- Fluency in written and spoken English (mandatory);
- Microsoft Office knowledge (MsWord and MsExcel);
- Experience working with SAP.
