Job Description

  • During your assignment you will actively support us in developing and designing our global training portfolio and learning content. You will take ownership of your own projects in the areas of employee training, communication, and digital learning.
  • Your tasks will include creating Web-Based Trainings (WBTs), producing engaging learning materials, and contributing your technical know-how to further develop our internal learning community on the Bosch Social Network.
  • Furthermore you will bring in your creative ideas for new learning trends, innovative training methods, and digital formats.
  • Finally, you will design inspiring communication and learning media from blog posts and newsletters to podcasts, videos, and interactive training modules, helping to shape the future of learning in our organization.

Qualifications

  • Education: studies in the field of Media, Communication, Design and IT
  • Experience and Knowledge: sound knowledge of digital tools, ideally MS 365; practical experience in creating digital content, e.g. WBTs, videos and podcasts is an advantage; interest in didactic concepts as well as media design
  • Personality and Working Practice: you are able to complete your tasks independently, communicate complex information clearly and understandably, and prepare it in a structured way
  • Work Routine: hybrid working environment with office days and working from home by arrangement
  • Languages: business fluent in German and English, both spoken and written

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement

Duration: 6 months
