Job Description
Interested? Our team is happy to welcome you! Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:
- Provide general administrative support to projects under the direction of application project manager / project manager associate.
- Administer project data in project management tools.
- Organize and maintain project files and databases.
- Support creating presentations and reports.
- Organize regular meetings and support with meeting minutes preparation.
Qualifications
Who you are:
- You are an undergraduate student with an interest in working in a multicultural environment.
- You are open to working on a full-time program.
You would be a perfect match for our team if:
- You have advanced computer operating skills (Microsoft Office).
- You are dedicated, flexible, with team spirit, strong communication and social skills.
The languages you should know:
- English at an advanced level is mandatory.
- German is considered a plus.
