Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

Are you passionate about smart home technology and ready to make a real impact ? We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Bosch Home Comfort team in Aveiro. You’ll contribute to the development of a modern iOS application, designed to connect and control the next-generation IoT ecosystem of Bosch Air Conditioners and residential heating products.

In this position you will:

  • Actively collaborate in a multidisciplinary mobile development team;
  • Apply and expand your knowledge of software development principles, tools, and processes by engaging across all phases of the project’s software development lifecycle;
  • Gain hands-on experience with modern iOS development practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our mobile application;
  • Design, develop, and maintain features for critical user flows and complex scenarios within the iOS app;
  • Get involved in technical discussions, influencing development approaches and collaboratively solving complex challenges in a mobile-first environment.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field:
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with Swift and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles;
  • A strong interest in mobile application development and software quality;
  • Quality-oriented mindset, proactivity, and motivation for teamwork;
  • Ability to collaborate in an international team environment;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
