As our Staff Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll own and evolve Boulevard’s brand marketing strategy, helping define how our brand shows up in the market and how customers experience us across every touchpoint. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and enjoys building programs, processes, and campaigns that scale alongside a growing business.

Partnering closely with leaders across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Creative, you’ll bring integrated campaigns and brand initiatives to life while helping establish Boulevard as the leading platform for appointment-based self-care businesses.

What You’ll Do

Shape Our Brand

  • Own and evolve Boulevard’s brand marketing strategy, ensuring our brand consistently reflects who we are and where we’re going.
  • Help shape our positioning, messaging, voice, and storytelling across customer-facing channels.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen Boulevard’s market presence by staying close to customers, competitors, industry trends, and cultural moments.
  • Own and manage Boulevard’s internal communications in partnership with the People Team.

Lead Integrated Brand Marketing

  • Develop and lead integrated brand campaigns that build awareness, deepen customer engagement, and support business growth.
  • Partner across Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Creative, Content, Communications, Sales, and Customer Success to bring cohesive campaigns and launches to market.
  • Translate customer insights and business priorities into clear marketing strategies and creative briefs.
  • Build scalable planning processes that create alignment and enable teams to move quickly.
  • Project Management support

Elevate Boulevard’s Presence

  • Own Boulevard’s public relations strategy, including agency management, media outreach, executive thought leadership, and earned media opportunities.
  • Build relationships with media, industry organizations, partners, and influential voices across the self-care ecosystem.
  • Lead customer storytelling, advocacy programs, sponsorships, partnerships, and other initiatives that strengthen Boulevard’s brand and credibility.
  • Represent Boulevard at industry events and identify opportunities to expand our visibility and influence.

Measure & Improve

  • Define success metrics for brand initiatives and use performance insights to continuously improve strategy and execution.
  • Champion a consistent, high-quality brand experience across every customer touchpoint.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

  • Significant experience leading brand marketing for a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • A track record of developing integrated marketing campaigns that connect brand strategy to business outcomes.
  • Experience partnering across Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Creative, Communications, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience leading PR, media relations, customer marketing, partnerships, or related brand programs.
  • Strong marketing judgment with the ability to prioritize, simplify complexity, and make sound decisions in fast-moving environments.
  • A builder’s mindset—you enjoy creating structure where little exists and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to make things happen.
  • Curiosity, humility, and a collaborative approach to solving problems and influencing across teams.

What We Will Take Care of You

At Boulevard, we work hard to structure compensation in a way that balances internal equity with local market competitiveness, and we’re happy to share a good-faith estimate of the base salary range for this role. For candidates in NYC, the SF Bay Area, and Seattle, the anticipated base salary range is $145,500 - $181,800 per year. For all other U.S. locations, the anticipated base salary range is $133,100 - $181,818 per year. In addition to this base compensation, this role may be eligible to participate in a variable compensation program. Final compensation will vary based on a variety of factors which include but are not limited to applicable experience, location, and final leveling.
