Our platform includes tools for business management, online scheduling, e-commerce, recurring revenue, email marketing, and customer relationship management. It handles payment processing and automates email and text campaigns to help you retain clients. Our integrated staffing tools cover scheduling, performance reviews, and payroll. Clients can book through the Mindbody app, your website, or mobile interfaces. We also offer real-time calendar management, detailed reporting and analytics, and services for creating branded apps for iOS and Android.

Our solutions are tailored for fitness studios, gyms, beauty salons, and wellness centers, helping with class check-ins, lead management, and membership handling. For enterprise clients, we offer scalable multi-location management, security, and support. The Mindbody app is also a consumer marketplace where users can find and book classes and appointments.

Our global headquarters is at 689 Tank Farm Road, Suite 230, San Luis Obispo CA 93401, USA, with additional hubs worldwide. Over 40,000 businesses use our platform, and last year, more than 712 million classes and appointments were booked through it. The Mindbody app has over 2.8 million active users and gets downloaded more than six times every minute. On average, businesses using Mindbody report a 26% increase in client bookings and 36% revenue growth within six months. Mindbody Capital has advanced over $48 million to businesses.
