We founded Boundless in 2019 to provide Employer of Record (EOR) services for companies hiring and employing people globally. We handle the complexities of international employment using our technology and local experts.

Our services include managing employment contracts, payroll, benefits, and ongoing compliance in over 35 countries. We act as the legal employer of record, making sure each hire meets local requirements. We manage onboarding, payroll, benefits, and all legal obligations. This lets our client companies focus on managing their team’s day-to-day work, while we take care of the employment logistics.
