About Candid Health
We offer a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) automation platform that helps medical providers process health insurance claims more efficiently. Our goal is to reduce manual work, increase net collections, lower costs, and speed up cash flow. Our software works to prevent claim denials, resolve issues quickly, and improve RCM programs. It also gives users real-time insight into RCM performance and easily integrates with existing systems.
In addition to our RCM automation software, we provide services for situations that still require human involvement. Some of our top customers achieve over a 97% payer net collection rate and a 95% touchless claim rate. In 2025, we received the MedTech Breakthrough Award for “Best RCM Solution” and the Fierce Innovation Award for Financial Solutions.
We started Candid Health in 2020, opening our San Francisco headquarters and joining Y Combinator, which helped us secure a seed round. In 2021, we launched our v0 Rules Engine, followed by a user interface in 2022 and a Series A funding round. By the end of 2022, we had expanded to offices in New York City and Denver, growing our team to over 25 people. In 2023, we added more product features and introduced a “software only” option. The following year, we released our first Patient Management System, saw revenue grow by nearly 250%, closed a $29 million Series B round, and signed our first enterprise MSO customer. By 2025, we were processing over 650,000 claims per month and our team had grown to more than 130 employees.
