We founded CapIntel in 2019 to provide an investment comparison and proposal platform for wealth management firms. Our platform takes complex financial data and turns it into clear, client-ready presentations. It includes analytics, risk assessment tools, and proposal templates to help advisors with sales. We help financial advisors work more efficiently and give clients a better understanding of their investment decisions.

Currently, over 20,000 financial advisors and wholesalers at North American firms use our platform, including IG Wealth Management, BMO, CIBC, Desjardins, Quadrus, and Aviso Wealth. Users have seen an 81.7% increase in client investment deposits year-over-year, with an average deposit increase of 39.5%.

In 2022, we were named one of Canada’s Companies-to-Watch in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 program, and in 2023, we ranked 14th in The Globe and Mail’s Top Growing Companies.

We are a remote-first company based in Canada, operating with a hub-based work model. This means our team members primarily work from home, but we encourage collaboration by offering shared workspaces and collaboration zones in geographic hubs like the Greater Toronto Area, Gatineau (QC), Halifax (NS), and New York City.
