Capital Factory

Founded in 2009, we are a hub for entrepreneurs, offering an incubator, accelerator, coworking spaces, funding, events, and mentorship. We organize meetups, classes, and coworking opportunities for entrepreneurs, programmers, and designers.

We connect entrepreneurs with investors, employees, mentors, and customers, and have physical locations in Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Washington, DC. According to Pitchbook, we have been the most active investor in Texas since 2010.

We pursue people and ideas that aim to improve the world, with the goal of helping the Texas startup ecosystem grow. Our team calls itself the ‘Dreamteam,’ and we use our combined knowledge to help entrepreneurs succeed.

We have 51-200 employees. We maintain a close-knit culture where professionals from diverse backgrounds respect, admire, and learn from one another.

We offer 4 weeks of paid time off, including one week between Christmas and New Year’s. We also cover 100% of personal health, vision, and dental insurance. Employees can participate in a 401k program with a 50% company match.
