About Carbon Robotics
We build AI-powered LaserWeeder G2™ systems that combine computer vision, AI deep learning, robotics, and lasers to identify and eliminate weeds. Our technology targets weeds with sub-millimeter accuracy, removing them without disturbing the soil or requiring chemical herbicides. Our LaserWeeder systems reduce weed control costs by up to 80% and improve crop yield and quality by eliminating competition for water and nutrients.
We offer various LaserWeeder G2 models, ranging from 8 ft to 40 ft in size and starting at 3,600 lb, to fit different farm sizes, crop types, and soil conditions. Our technology, Carbon AI, uses a proprietary Large Plant Model trained on over 150 million labeled plants across three continents. More than 100 specialty crop growers in North America, Europe, and Australia use our LaserWeeders.
We provide 7-day-a-week remote support, rapid response times, and training for growers. Founded in 2018, we have raised $157 million in capital. Our headquarters are in Seattle, Washington, with manufacturing operations in Richland, Washington.
