AI Solutions Lead (Execution Enabler)
The AI Solutions Lead is an execution enabler and is responsible for execution and enablement of AI across the Bank, serving as the central driver of adoption while business leaders remain accountable for outcomes.
This role:
- Assists leaders end‑to‑end with AI use‑case design, solution options, deployment, scaling, and ongoing maintenance
- Drives training and adoption to build AI capability and literacy across the organization
- Facilitates the AI Working Group, translating strategic direction into coordinated execution
- Establishes and maintains the Bank’s AI framework, including standards, guardrails, and operating principles
- Recommends approved AI tools and vendors
- Acts as a hands‑on builder and deployer of AI solutions and automations
- Ensures AI use aligns with risk, regulatory, and data standards, partnering closely with Technology, Risk, and Compliance
The Head of AI accelerates adoption and consistency through in‑the‑weeds, hands‑on coaching and delivery of real solutions, while enabling leaders to own outcomes and realize measurable capacity and productivity gains.
Key qualifications of the Head of AI include:
Hands‑on technical credibility, with the ability to personally build, deploy, and scale AI solutions and automations
Proven experience selecting, deploying, and utilizing AI-based platforms and tools upon which agents, workflows, and solutions are deployed and operated
Experience establishing scalable AI frameworks and operating models that balance speed with appropriate guardrail considerations
Proven ability to enable business leaders to deploy AI and realize outcomes
Ability to influence across business, technology, data, risk, and compliance (banking and financial services domain) without formal authority

Physical and Other Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Stationary Work: The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to type, handle documents, and perform other office related duties. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Mobility: The employee in this position needs to occasionally move between work sites and inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Communicate: The employee is regularly required to talk or hear and will frequently communicate with others. Must be able to read, write and understand fluent English.
Work Model: The employee in this position will work either a fully Onsite or Hybrid work model. All employees, regardless of location, may be required to travel to the Salt Lake City office for mandatory company meetings, events, or related occasions.
- Utah-based employees: Hybrid work schedule available after initial training period in our Salt Lake City, Utah office – department and job requirements will determine eligibility.
