The APOLLO / Project Server PPM Specialist designs, maintains, and enhances the APOLLO PPM platform, ensuring system stability, performance, and successful transition to modernised environments including Project Server Subscription Edition.
This is a 12 month contract position.
What you’ll do:
- Support and maintain Microsoft Project Server 2016 (on-prem) and associated platforms
- Deliver system enhancements, bug fixes, and upgrades across the APOLLO environment
- Configure and administer SharePoint and Project Professional
- Support migration to Project Server Subscription Edition
- Ensure alignment across DEV, UAT, and PROD environments
- Collaborate with Defence partners on infrastructure upgrades
- Support decommissioning and archiving of legacy APOLLO systems
- Produce system documentation and support knowledge transfer activities
What you’ll bring:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Project Server (2016 on-prem), SharePoint, and Project Professional
- Proven background in PPM system support, enhancement, and upgrades
- Experience supporting or contributing to platform migrations
- Understanding of secure or government ICT environments (Defence preferred)
- Ability to obtain and maintain NV1 clearance (NV2 desirable)
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
