Founded in 2017, we operate in defense and space manufacturing. We build high-performance communication systems for space and airborne platforms, designing, engineering, and manufacturing advanced modules, payloads, and satellites. Our systems facilitate real-time connectivity for defense, commercial, and civil missions across LEO, GEO, airborne, and lunar applications.

We offer high-throughput, plug-and-play phased array communication payloads. Our product portfolio features “Element,” a complete LEO platform that provides full-stack communications capabilities.

The “Vireo” system is an active phased array. It offers multi-beam communication payload capabilities like beam steering, dynamic frequencies, dynamic power per beam, dynamic beam shaping, dynamic null assignment, dynamic frequency-to-beam allocation, and on-orbit reconfigurability. Vireo also has flexible beam management, a compact flat-panel form factor for easier integration, and thermal management. It supports beam-steering and beam-hopping, is mass manufacturable using commercial PCB techniques, offers multiple independent beams, and is jam resistant through pattern null application.

Our technology supports Inter-Satellite Links, High-Speed Data Downlinks, Lunar Communications, Multi-Beam Connectivity, 5G and NTN Networks, and SATCOM Connectivity. We also produce Active Phased Array Payloads for L- to V-band communications and Digital Backend Modules for signal processing. All our hardware is engineered, built, and tested in-house in the U.S. under AS9100-certified processes, covering RF, digital, software, and spacecraft systems.

We employ between 201 and 500 individuals and operate globally with offices in Texas, Colorado, California, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Japan. We are also establishing a new office in Florida.
