Position Overview:
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be pivotal in modernizing and maintaining our systems within the Storetec environment. Your role will involve the administration of Windows servers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and deployment processes. You will work closely with diverse teams to enhance system performance and reliability, ultimately contributing to a transformative digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Windows Server environments to ensure optimal performance and security.
Oversee Kubernetes operations, including deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications.
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Groovy for efficient software delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and technical solutions.
Implement networking solutions, understanding VLANs and firewalls to enhance system connectivity.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to containerization and application deployments.
Foster a culture of innovation, sharing knowledge and best practices with team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Kubernetes operations.
Strong experience with containerization technologies.
Expertise in Jenkins administration and development, including pipeline creation.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Groovy, PowerShell, and Shell.
Understanding of Object-Oriented programming principles.
Basic networking knowledge, including concepts like VLAN and firewalls.
Familiarity with building .NET services through CI/CD processes.
Required English Level: B2H or higher.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
English Level: C1 or C2.
