We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in leading agile software development teams to work in a collaborative environment, helping to drive results and deliver value for one of our international clients in a hybrid role.
This position requires hybrid work 3 times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) at our office in Campinas!
Responsibilities:
- Act as the Project Manager, orchestrating various workstreams;
- Experience in implementing and monitoring development, quality, productivity, business, and application health metrics;
- Strong communication and partnership with the team and stakeholders (in Portuguese and English);
- Management of roadmap, technical scope, and requirements;
- Management of risks, impediments, and crises;
- People development, engagement, and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Advanced English for conversation is essential as you will be dealing with global teams;
- Lean concepts and agile methodologies;
- Digital product development;
- Project and people management;
- Management of contracts/units with multiple workstreams;
- Mastery of operations, mobilizing clients and teams for the execution of corrective or preventive actions.
