About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer (Front-End), you will act as a technical leader and mentor within cross-functional project teams, taking ownership of complex UI solutions and architectural decisions within your area of expertise.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, maintainable code, guiding junior and mid-level developers, and ensuring engineering excellence through comprehensive reviews and testing practices. This role also involves contributing to technical strategy, leading critical implementations, and connecting technical execution with business goalsβall while maintaining strong collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Engineering Excellence
Lead the design and implementation of features with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and usability.
Contribute to architectural decisions and provide technical input for broader strategy discussions.
Establish and uphold coding standards, best practices, and front-end testing strategies.
Conduct thorough code reviews and promote a peer-review culture.
Troubleshoot complex UI challenges and provide innovative solutions.
Drive front-end performance optimization and ensure accessibility compliance.
Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for adoption.
Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and assess technical risks for new solutions.
Team Development & Mentorship
Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
Support recruitment efforts through technical assessments and interviews.
Contribute to performance reviews with constructive, actionable feedback.
Deliver internal workshops or training sessions to strengthen team capabilities.
Lead by example in following best practices such as test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing.
Foster collaboration and knowledge transfer across teams and disciplines.
Project Execution & Delivery
Take ownership of complex front-end deliverables and ensure on-time, high-quality results.
Provide accurate technical estimations and support sprint planning and project milestones.
Collaborate effectively across back-end and design teams to ensure seamless integration.
Contribute to release management, testing, and deployment processes.
Balance new feature delivery with managing technical debt for sustainable development.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Participate in client meetings and technical discussions to gather requirements and propose solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation and communicate complex concepts clearly.
Support pre-sales activities through technical insights, demos, and solution design.
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
Provide input on project feasibility, resourcing, and timeline estimates.
Maintain strong professional relationships and contribute to long-term client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of extensive experience in front-end development.
Deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or equivalent technologies.
Advanced proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS, with strong knowledge of web standards and fundamentals.
Hands-on experience with state management solutions and front-end architecture patterns for large-scale applications.
Proven track record of developing responsive, accessible web applications integrated with RESTful APIs and modern back-end services.
Experience with front-end build tools, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of web performance optimization, WCAG accessibility, and front-end security best practices.
Demonstrated leadership experience and mentoring capabilities within front-end teams.
Excellent English communication skills and experience working in agile, cross-functional environments.
Relevant certifications (e.g., front-end frameworks, cloud, or agile development) are a plus.
