Senior Technical Business Analyst
CI&T is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between product vision and engineering execution. This role is designed for a highly articulate professional experienced in large-scale digital consultancies and complex software delivery.
The Role
You will act as the primary interface between global stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements. We are looking for a proactive professional with a GenAI-embracing mindset, leveraging LLMs and AI tools to accelerate documentation, user story creation, and delivery preparation.
Key Accountabilities
Scope Management: Define and refine product scope in collaboration with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and UX Designers.
Technical Translation: Transform business requirements into structured user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.
Backlog Governance: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog using Jira and Miro; manage dependencies across systems and integrations.
Delivery Enablement: Coordinate delivery activities across multiple technical teams within an Agile/Scrum framework.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the bridge for requirement clarification, managing expectations regarding timelines, risks, and constraints.
Technical Capabilities
Ability to define requirements for configuration-driven behavior and go-live timing.
Understanding of frontend behavior (CTAs, labels, visibility rules) and backend dependencies.
Familiarity with API-based integrations, authentication states, and access control.
Proficiency in identifying and documenting complex edge cases and validation scenarios.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst in software delivery.
Environment: Proven track record in large tech companies or digital consulting firms.
Platform Knowledge: Experience with web/mobile apps, CMS, APIs, and cross-channel experiences.
Tools: Expert proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English, with experience in direct international client interaction.
AI Proficiency: Comfortable incorporating GenAI tools into the daily analyst workflow to improve productivity.
Personal Attributes
Strong ownership mindset and solution-oriented approach.
Highly organized with an ability to structure complex requirements clearly.
Comfortable working with distributed, cross-regional engineering teams.

Compensation & Benefits
Work Setup: 3 Days on site, 2 days Work From Home (Remote) with company-provided equipment.
Allowances: ₱5,000 Monthly Allowance (Taxable and Non-taxable).
