Position Description: Senior Designer (AI-Enhanced Execution)
Overview
We are seeking a Senior Designer to join our team, with a unique focus on execution speed and efficiency rather than traditional creative ideation. This role is crucial for enhancing our existing design system and accelerating the production of high-quality design outputs using modern AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
Rapid Execution: Quickly build and iterate on Figma screens to support agentic and code-driven implementation.
Design System Utilization: Translate requirements into screens that adhere to our established design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
AI Tools Integration: Leverage AI tools (e.g., Figma AI, UI generation tools, design copilots) to enhance design workflows, producing high-quality designs at a faster pace.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product teams, utilizing existing artifacts such as old UI components, front-end code, and documented requirements to inform design decisions.
Iteration and Feedback: Engage in rapid iteration cycles, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance designs efficiently.
Required Qualifications
Proven Experience: Significant hands-on experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating execution-focused design work.
Figma Expertise: Advanced skills in Figma, with a track record of rapid screen production and iteration.
AI Proficiency: Strong experience with AI tools used in design, showcasing the ability to integrate these technologies into workflows effectively.
Versatility: Ability to adapt quickly to existing designs and systems, without the need for extensive discovery or ideation phases.
Execution-Oriented Mindset: A focus on delivering high-quality designs swiftly, with less emphasis on traditional design thinking or extensive research.
Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will blend hands-on design execution with advanced proficiency in AI tools, facilitating a fast-paced design process within our existing frameworks.
