We also offer USYC, a tokenized money market fund for institutions that can be redeemed for USDC almost instantly. Circle International Bermuda Limited issues it. Our blockchain infrastructure includes Arc, an open Layer-1 blockchain designed to integrate programmable money and onchain innovation with real-world economic activity.

The Circle Payments Network helps financial institutions move money globally and almost instantly, with real-time settlement, ²⁴⁄₇ availability, and security through regulated stablecoins. We provide liquidity services like Mint for managing USDC and StableFX for onchain FX for institutions. For developers, we offer:

• Wallets for integrating digital assets.
• Contracts for smart contract templates.
• CCTP for native USDC transfers across chains.
• xReserve for launching USDC-backed stablecoins.
• Gateway for unified cross-chain liquidity.

These include money transmitter licenses in 46 U.S. states, a BitLicense from the New York State Department of Financial Services, and compliance with the EU’s Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulations. We also have Electronic Money Institution licenses in the UK and EU, a Major Payment Institution License in Singapore, approval from the Dubai Financial Services Authority in the UAE, a Class F Digital Asset Business license in Bermuda, compliance with Canadian VRCAs, and approval from Japan’s Financial Services Agency.
