We’re hiring a B2B (technically B2G) growth marketing manager to build Go Vocal’s next growth chapter: multi-channel, signal-based, and full-lifecycle. You’ll turn pipeline goals into a measurable growth system (connecting ads, website journeys, and sales workflows) while keeping a high bar for trust (public sector) and quality.

What will you do?
Own the growth roadmap and ship campaigns end-to-end — turn pipeline goals into a clear quarterly plan, launch fast, and iterate weekly across paid, lifecycle, and conversion paths.
Run nimble, multi-channel demand gen (not “just” LinkedIn ads) — connect LinkedIn & Google Ads, retargeting, webinars, and website journeys into one flywheel engine.
Build signal-based campaigns for target accounts — use intent + engagement + ICP fit signals to trigger the right message, in the right channel, at the right time.
Vibe code full-lifecycle automations (and AI agents) with Sales — improve enrichment, scoring, routing, follow-up, and nurture so speed + quality both go up.
Track performance and translate numbers into trustworthy insights — measure KPIs, improve attribution hygiene, and build reporting that tells us what to scale, what to fix, and what to stop.
Requirements
What de we expect from you?
Strong hands-on growth execution (~6 years) — you’ve built and shipped campaigns yourself, and you’re comfortable dealing with B2B & B2G audiences (governments and public orgs).
Experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Clay, n8n, Phantombuster, Clarity, Coefficient…
Full-funnel + systems mindset — you think in journeys and workflows (capture → qualify → route → nurture), not just leads.
Signal + experimentation instincts — you’re hypothesis-driven, run clean tests, and optimize based on evidence (not vibes).
AI fluency with a quality bar — you use AI to move faster (experiments, automation, rapid prototyping) without sacrificing trust or craft.
Collaborative operator with Sales — you can align on ICP/accounts, tighten feedback loops, and improve conversion together.
