Joining us as a Audit Compliance & Standards Manager
Joining our IT Governance & Assurance team, you’ll play a pivotal role in safeguarding CityFibre’s compliance with regulatory obligations and international standards, while driving a culture of assurance, continuous improvement and risk-aware decision making across the business.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Owning and managing CityFibre’s ISO certification programmes, including 9001, 14001, 22301, 27001 and 45001
- Leading internal and external audits, producing high-quality audit reports and actionable recommendations
- Managing compliance with key frameworks such as the Telecoms Security Act, Cyber Essentials and data protection requirements
- Maintaining and overseeing risk registers aligned to ISO27001 and the Statement of Applicability
- Partnering with internal teams and external bodies to embed robust governance, controls and standards
- Delivering training, awareness and guidance to strengthen compliance capability across the organisation
What you’ll bring to the role
You’ll be an experienced compliance or audit leader with deep knowledge of ISO standards and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
You’ll also have:
- Expert knowledge of ISO27001 (Information Security) and ISO22301 (Business Continuity)
- Strong experience leading audits, managing risk and operating assurance frameworks
- Excellent report writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate risk and compliance into practical business insight
- The credibility to coach, challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive, organised and resilient approach, thriving in fast-paced and complex environments
