We founded Climavision in 2020 and currently have 51-200 employees. Our headquarters are in Louisville, KY, with research and development in Raleigh, NC, and AI operations in Fort Collins, CO. TPG’s The Rise Fund backs us.
We provide weather data and forecasts to businesses, governments, and communities. We combine our own data with public weather sources, using deep machine learning and AI-driven numerical weather prediction. Our proprietary radar network and GPS-RO data help us generate highly accurate forecasts, from hourly updates to two years out.
Our weather API gives users real-time weather data for millions of locations worldwide. It includes over 1800 customizable parameters, 15-day forecasts with hourly updates, custom alerts, and three years of historical data. We work with clients in media, government, commodity trading, and energy.
