We are a virtual trucking carrier and technology provider for trucking entrepreneurs, owner-operators, and small trucking carriers in the transportation, logistics, supply chain, and storage industries. Founded in 2019, we offer a business management platform that helps manage trucking operations, maximize revenue, and minimize administrative tasks.

For independent truckers, owner-operators, and small fleets, we provide an all-in-one platform for load booking, cash flow, and compliance. This includes load and schedule recommendations, rate estimates, and low fees of 18%. The platform provides non-recourse instant payments within two hours of delivery and offers business insights to track income, expenses, and set revenue goals. Customer support is also available. Our “Virtual Carrier” option lets drivers operate under our authority, which manages compliance and cash flow. Eligibility requires drivers to be 23-70 years old, possess a CDL A License for one year, and maintain a clean driving record.

Features for drivers include the “CT Fuel” card, which offers discounts at over 1,000 participating fuel vendors, tracks expenses, and automates receipts and payments. The “CT Cash” card allows for business expenses and free transfers to any bank. We also simplify tax processes, including IFTA filing when fuel receipts are uploaded through the app. We partner with equipment vendors to provide lease-to-own options for trucks. Tools like the “Market Insights Heatmap” identify profitable spot markets, and our AI-powered “Dispatch Assistant” helps with load finding, route planning, and earnings optimization.

For shippers, we offer “Exchange,” a platform that connects businesses to a network of vetted carriers. It includes real-time tracking, automated workflows, and dedicated support.

We also engage experienced agents with established customer relationships. We offer them a transparent, tech-enabled platform, capital, and back-office support on a 1099 contract basis, handling compliance and risk. We have raised $141.6 million in funding. As of July 2022, CloudTrucks reported 771 engineering releases since its launch in May 2020, and its drivers had accumulated 23.3 million miles.
