CLUSE

We started CLUSE in Amsterdam in 2013 as an accessories brand. We design and sell modern watches, jewelry, and bags for men and women. Our goal is to create stylish and functional accessories that can be mixed and matched.

Our in-house Amsterdam team handles the entire design process for each collection, from initial inspiration and mood boards to sketching, material selection, and perfecting details. We sell our products directly to consumers through our official online store.

We believe in the beauty of simple things and are inspired by a Parisian lifestyle. Our mission is to create modern, versatile accessories that combine style and functionality, helping people express their unique selves in their daily lives.

Our team culture is young, open, and informal. We’re a diverse, international workforce, and we offer a flexible hybrid work model, including a work-from-home policy.

Teams include Sales Support, Product Development, Quality Control, Legal, E-commerce, B2B Sales, Logistics, and Finance. For example, our B2C team has 14 members and reports to the Digital Marketing Director.

We offer a competitive salary, 25 holidays per year for full-time staff, an 8% holiday allowance, and a pension scheme. If you live more than 10 km from the office, you’ll receive a travel allowance.

Our Social Events Team plans fun gatherings such as Après-ski parties, karaoke nights, boat parties, and pub quizzes. Our office overlooks the Houthavens in Amsterdam.
