Marketing Coordinator - Hybrid Remote
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Annual Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 based on experience
Location: Vancouver, BC
COBS Bread is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing Department in coordinating campaign calendar timelines, trial and launch timelines, omni-channel marketing, local campaigns, bakery openings, and other projects.
What you will be responsible for:
- Support Marketing Campaign timeline to ensure key milestones are met from development to post-launch
- Support omni-channel marketing through campaign budget, POS offers, reporting distribution, e-learning modules and n the ground training
- Deliver effective national product trials and launches by supporting product marketing budget, creative reviews and artwork sign-off of all materials, POS offers, report distribution
- Act as first point of contact for Franchisees and lead local marketing inbox communication
- Lead local marketing toolkit (Canva)
- Support invoicing and budget accountability
- Support opening and closing of bakeries
- Assist in set up of Marketing meetings, presentations, surveys, and meeting minutes
- Ensure all Marketing collateral is in line with brand guidelines & brand tone of voice across all areas of responsibility
Other tasks and projects as assigned.
What you bring to the table:
Minimum 2+ years of Marketing Administration experience required
Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in Administration or equivalent work experience
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to details required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Excel and invoicing
Working knowledge of Microsoft platforms
Working knowledge of SharePoint
Retail and/or Franchise experience considered an asset
