Founded in 2011, Coda is a Merchant of Record for global payment and monetization. We specialize in out-of-app commerce, offering payment, commerce, rewards, and store services. Our products include Codapay, CodaCustomCommerce, CodaDistribution, Codashop, and CodaInstantCommerce. Our solutions help businesses grow out-of-app commerce, offer many payment options, expand globally, and keep control over their growth.

As a Merchant of Record, we handle tax, risk management, and compliance across markets. We offer access to over 400 payment channels, covering more than 90% of the world’s preferred payment methods. We operate in over 70 markets, serving over 300 publisher partners and connecting digital businesses to more than 200 million paying users globally.

In 2024, we reported over 120 million active users and processed more than 2 billion transactions. We also recently acquired a prepaid payments platform in Europe.
