Coherus Oncology

We are a commercial-stage oncology company, founded in 2010. We develop combination therapies to treat cancer, especially focusing on immune resistance. Our main drug is LOQTORZI® (toripalimab-tpzi), an FDA-approved anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody. It’s used for recurrent or metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), either with chemotherapy or on its own.

We also have two mid-stage clinical candidates in our pipeline, targeting liver, lung, head & neck, and other cancers. We’re working to expand LOQTORZI’s use in NPC and develop new uses in combination with our own pipeline drugs and those from partners. We have several clinical trials underway for our immuno-oncology treatments.

Our headquarters are in Redwood City, CA, with a lab in Camarillo, CA.
