We were founded in 1965 in Kansas City, Missouri, and we manufacture rupture disc devices and overpressure safety solutions. Our products include rupture discs (like APX, HPX Reverse Acting, and LaMOT), rupture disc holders, burst disc indicators, explosion vent panels, safety valves, tank vents, flame and detonation arrestors, blanket gas regulators, and low-pressure relief products. We engineer these solutions for various overpressure protection needs, offering them in diverse sizes, pressures, and connections. We also provide custom and OEM solutions.

We work with over 40 process industries, including chemical, petrochemical, petroleum refining, pharmaceutical, beverage, food and dairy, aerospace, gases, and electronics. Other industries we serve include biotechnology, aviation, defense, gas and liquid handling, HVAC, industrial gases, medical, healthcare, mining, power generation, pulp and paper, and water purification.

Our services include rupture disc services, burst disc services, emergency assistance, and installation support. We also provide complimentary post-installation training and assistance worldwide. Our quality system, manufacturing processes, and products hold various certificates and licenses. Our headquarters is in Liberty, MO, USA, and we have international offices in the Netherlands, India, China, and Singapore. We expanded through acquisitions, including LaMOT Corporation (1990) and Groth Corporation (1999), and we are part of the Baker Hughes family of companies.
