Shape the future of casual puzzle-gaming
The gaming landscape is rapidly expanding beyond the traditional app stores. Players now discover and play games directly on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Discord, Netflix and the open web—where HTML5 games and puzzles are reaching millions.
At CoolGames and Keesing, we’re at the forefront of this shift, publishing high-quality casual games and digital puzzles enjoyed by a global audience. With an ambitious roadmap ahead, we’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to help define the next generation of puzzle and casual gaming experiences.
About the role
You’ll operate at the intersection of casual games and digital puzzles, combining playful, high-impact design with structured, logic-driven UX.
We’re looking for someone who understands both the feel of a great game and the flow of a great puzzle, able to move quickly from concept to polished, developer-ready designs.
What you’ll do
- Design engaging, high-quality interfaces for casual games (CoolGames)
- Translate classic puzzles (crosswords, sudoku, etc.) into modern digital experiences (Keesing)
- Turn product requirements into clear UX flows, wireframes, and final UI designs
- Work across styles: from vibrant, animated game UI to clean, structured puzzle layouts
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and product teams
- Iterate quickly from lo-fi concepts to polished solutions
- Contribute to and evolve design systems across products
- Create UI elements, animations, and promotional assets
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design (gaming or interactive media preferred)
- Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- A portfolio showing both playful and structured design styles
- Ability to balance creativity with system thinking and constraints
- Experience with motion design, HTML5, or game UI is a plus
- Interest in using AI tools to enhance design workflows
- Strong communication skills in English
- Organized, fast, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
