We are a technology company founded in 2001, working in media and internet publishing. We develop word, card, and casual games for brands and advertisers. We also offer gaming portals to publishers, which help them boost engagement and revenue. Additionally, we provide free online games directly to users, featuring popular titles, new releases, and a subscription service called Arkadium Plus.

Our Core Tech team builds and maintains distributed backend systems, test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable full-stack services. This includes designing backend and frontend architectures, developing APIs, integrating with web front-ends and browser games, and creating shared services and developer tools. We define data models, enforce security standards, optimize performance, and maintain high engineering quality. Our development contributes to both server-side and client-side aspects of high-performance web platforms for live games.

In some locations, like Portugal, we operate on a hybrid work model with clear expectations for onsite days in Lisbon. For certain contract roles, international payroll might be an option for candidates outside of Portugal.
